Mr. Yvan JACQUAT, Managing Director of MC-monitoring, Switzerland, was a guest of NORTH Group in the period from 20-24 of March, 2016. During this time, together with representatives of NORTH Protection Ltd, MC-monitoring partner in the Balkans Region, he held a series of presentations in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. During his stay in Serbia, Mr. JACQUAT held a presentation in Elektroremont AD from Subotica, whereas in Bosnia we visited the following companies: Salt Mine in Tuzla, Soda So DD and Cement Factory DD in Lukavac, as well as in “Jablanica” HPP in Jablanica. The main purpose of this visit was informing potential customers with all possibilities of Condition Monitoring Systems produced by MC-monitoring, especially with technical advantages of new models: PPT smart series – Eagle, MMS-400 Falcon, and also with new features of CMS-500 Orca software. Delivery of ADASH equipment for Machine Monitoring Systems (MMS) is underway for ‘Zapad’ Heating Plant, part of PE “Novosadska toplana” in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia. This is the first project implementing ADASH equipment, a renowned Czech manufacturer of MMS and CMS equipment, in the Balkans Region. The works will start in the 10th week of the year, and will be completed within 30 days. Brief Project Description This project is realized as part of the rehabilitation of “Zapad” Heating Plant in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia. ‘Zapad’ HP has five pump units and one blower. The total installed power of the power plant is 256MW. By now, delivery, installation and commissioning of Machine Monitoring System (MMS) by ADASH have already been completed. The installed system is a vibration protection system, functioning both as an independent and supported by the SCADA/DCS system and is integrated into the Plant Control System (PCS). Protection levels are set according to ISO 10816-5:2000 standard. In the period between 22nd and 23rd February, 2016 series of final testings of samples of our product line TI-100 TEDS Reader/Writer, that is a TI-101 one-channel instrument and a TI-103 three-channel device, were completed as a requirement for CE marking.
