Delivery of ADASH equipment for Machine Monitoring Systems (CMS) is underway for a heating plant in the Region. This is the first project of ADASH, a renowned Czech manufacturer of CMS equipment in the Balkans. The equipment in question will be installed on five pump units and on one blower in “Zapad” Heating Plant, part of PE “Novosadska Toplana” in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia. The total installed power of the power plant is 256MW. This project is realized as part of the rehabilitation of the heating plant. By now, delivery, installation and commissioning of Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS) by ADASH have been completed. Both installed systems function as vibration protection systems supported by the SCADA/DCS system and are integrated into the power plant control system. We are proud to announce that at the beginning of November 2015 two Condition Monitoring Systems by MC-monitoring, CH, type Rhino PMS-300® and with Orca CMS-500® software have been put through trial run in Vlasinske HPP (Vrla 4), Serbia. The project is financed by Electric Power Industry of Serbia, Djerdap HPP Branch – Vlasinske HPP. At the end of August, an agreement was signed with the Electric Power Industry of Serbia for the delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for Condition Monitoring Systems for two units of the “Djerdap” – “Vrla 4” HPP. Works on the installation will start on 7 September and are expected to be completed within 60 days. The manufacturer of the equipment is the company MC-monitoring SA from Switzerland, while the supplier is the company NORTH Protection Ltd, a member of NORTH Group, MC-monitoring’s authorized representative for the Balkans. This is the second delivery of MC-monitoring equipment in the Balkans Region in the last two months.
