An online system based on A3716 acquisition system manufactured by ADASH, CZ, EU and 780A sensors manufactured by WILCOXON, MD, USA, have been applied in this case. The protection system has been connected with the existing SCADA Control System of the heating plant. The total installed power of the power plant is 25.4 MW. This project is realized as part of the rehabilitation of the power plant control system. By now, delivery, installation and commissioning of two “Rhino PMS-300” monitoring systems by MC-monitoring have been completed. Both installed systems function as vibration protection systems independent of SCADA/DCS, but they are also integrated into the power plant control system as well. Protection levels are set according to ISO 10816-5:2000 and ISO 7919-5:2005 standards.
